Am I really doing this?

I’m following in the tradition of a few friends of mine and attempting to start a new blog.  It’s weird for me to be putting myself on the internet like this, but I guess I really am a child of the internet age, and I want to be a part of it all!  Also, I’ve just started a new phase of my life and I think it might be interesting to document it.  A good record, anyway, for me – even if no one else is too riveted.  We’ll see.
